About this Recipe

Between all of your responsibilities, you may overlook meal planning or view it as a burden. That’s why having quick, tasty dinner options is essential. When you’re in need of a simple and yummy dinner, try these zucchini zoodles!

Zucchini noodles are a great alternative to basic noodles, which are typically low in nutrients and high in carbohydrates. Zucchinis are also low in calories and are an excellent source of lutein and vitamins A and C, which support eye health and proper immune function. The next time you use a recipe that requires noodles, try substituting regular noodles with zoodles for a fresh twist and nutrient boost!
