Ingredients

1/2 baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces

6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

2 ½ cups cored, seeded, and diced tomatoes

2 Tbsp. slivered fresh basil leaves

¼ tsp. minced garlic

¾ tsp. kosher salt

Step by Step Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment or tin foil. Lightly brush each slice of bread with olive oil and place on the sheet.
