SMS Program Description

Prime Meridian Health Clinics (“PMH”) offers SMS text messaging communications to assist with patient care, appointment scheduling, and administrative communications.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from PMH.

Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Scheduling updates
  • Care coordination communications
  • Follow-up communications
  • Administrative notices
  • Patient support communications

Voluntary Participation

Participation in SMS communications is voluntary.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not required to receive medical treatment or healthcare services.

Upon receipt of a STOP request, PMH will discontinue non-essential SMS communications to the extent permitted by law and operational requirements.

PMH does not sell mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent data, or SMS communication information.
