Ingredients

1 cup Pumpkin Seeds

2 teaspoons Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Wash and thoroughly dry pumpkin seeds.

Step 3

Place pumpkin seeds in a medium size bowl and coat with oil.

Step 4

Toss the seeds with salt and pepper, making sure to coat each seed well.

Spread out seeds on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until seeds are a deep golden brown.
