Ingredients

3 cups Cranberries, Fresh

1/2 cup Green Onions, Minced

2 tablespoons Jalapeno Peppers, Minced

1/2 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Cilantro, Minced

2 tablespoons Ginger, Finely Grated

2 tablespoons Lime Juice, Fresh

8 ounces Cream Cheese, Fat Free

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Rinse, drain, and pick over the cranberries, discarding all that are soft or bruised.

Step 2

Place the cranberries into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped and then place into a mixing bowl.

Step 3

Stir in green onions, jalapenos, sugar, cilantro, ginger, and lime juice with the chopped cranberries.

Step 4

Cover the mixing bowl and place in the refridgerator for 4 hours to allow the flavors to sweeten over time.

Step 5

When ready to serve, place cream cheese on the serving platter first and then add the salsa to the top.

Step 6

Add some crackers of your choosing around the dip for the full effect. Enjoy!
