Ingredients

1/2 cup Quinoa, Cooked and Cooled

1/2 cup Corn

1 cup Arugula

1/2 cup Lox

1 regular Lime, Quartered

1 handful Sprouts

1 large Mason Jar

1/8 cup Dressing of Your Choice

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Pour desired amount of salad dressing into the bottom of a mason jar. Note: You can also put salad dressing in a separate container if you prefer.

Step 2

Add quinoa, corn, arugula, and lox to jar.

Step 3

Garnish with sprouts and a quarter of lime.

Step 4

Eat immediately or screw on a lid and store in the fridge for up to two days.

Step 5

When ready to eat, squeeze lime for juice and then flip jar into a bowl and enjoy!
