About this Recipe

Have you ever been invited to a potluck, but found yourself at a loss for what to bring? Whether hosting a party or enjoying an intimate get-together with friends, this dip will make an excellent addition.

Greek yogurt is a good source of calcium and probiotics, supporting bone health and restoring a healthy bacterial balance within the gut. In addition, feta is a low calorie cheese that is rich in conjugated linoleic acid, which is thought to help manage body fat. The next time you need a tasty snack alternative, enjoy this creamy, flavorful dip with a variety of foods.
