Ingredients
4 large carrots
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
Pinch salt and pepper
Step by Step Instructions

Prehead oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
Wash and peel carrots. Be sure to cut off the ends. Cut each carrot in half, long way. Then cut the carrots in half again. (If you want smaller fries, cut an additional time.)
Step 3
Add carrots to a large baking sheet and pour olive oil on top.
Step 4
Sprinkle paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper over carrots.
Step 5
Bake for 15–20 minutes, turning them over halfway through. (Bake longer if you prefer a crispier texture.)

Mix 1/3 cup avocado mayo, 1 tbsp. sriracha sauce, 3 Tbs. lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt for a tasty dip.
