Naturally sweetened with agave, these popsicles are low in calories and provide a variety of nutrients. This recipe includes 12 ounces of blueberries, which are considered one of the most nutrient-dense berries, containing high amounts of fiber, manganese, and vitamins C and K. Blueberries and raspberries are also a great source of antioxidants, which help to fight free radicals in the body. Try these popsicles the next time you need a tasty summer treat!

Ingredients

1, 12 oz bag frozen blueberries, defrosted

6 Tbsp. agave, divided (you can also use honey)

1 cup plain yogurt

½ cup milk (you can use cow’s milk, almond, rice, or soy)

1, 12 oz bag frozen raspberries, defrosted

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Put blueberries and 2 tablespoons of agave in a blender and puree until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the blueberry puree 1/3 of the way up each popsicle mold and freeze for 30–45 minutes.
Step 3
Combine the yogurt, milk, and 2 tablespoons of agave in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Step 4
Pour yogurt mixture into the middle 1/3 of the popsicle molds (on top of the blueberry mixture). Freeze for 30–45 minutes.
Step 5
Put raspberries and 2 tablespoons of agave in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 6
Pour the raspberry puree into the top 1/3 of the popsicle molds and place sticks into the mixture. Freeze until frozen through (about 6 hours).
